Iyengar yoga workshops at the gorgeous location of Arnsde in the South Lakes
Saturday 28 March 10am – 4.00pm
Sunday 29 March 10am – 1pm
Sue Lovell has been practising Iyengar yoga for 25 years & teaching for over 20 years- she holds a Senior level 3 Iyengar teaching certificate. She is co-director of Peak Iyengar Centre in Buxton and runs yoga holidays & workshops in the UK & abroad.
We will start by developing an understanding of basic poses progressing to intermediate work
All levels of students except complete beginners
