Alongside being an Iyengar yoga teacher, Sue Lovell is also a fine artist based in Cornwall. Her work takes the form of travel shrines, curiosity cabinets, paintings and drawings. Sue uses boxes as a space where painted landscapes are combined with collections of objects; found, carved, constructed, fragmentary and symbolic. These exquisite arrangements of images create miniature, evocative habitats bowing to Surrealism. Sue has had many exhibitions of her work over the past 40 years - and continues to exhibit her work and take commissions.
